Unauthorised security testing or hacking activities outside designated lab environments may result in immediate termination from the programme and potential legal action.
Intellectual Property
All GCTI content, materials, and resources are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use materials for personal learning and programme participation. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or use materials for commercial purposes without authorisation.

Vulnerability and Exploitation: Exploitation, grooming, coercion, isolation, or exclusion of vulnerable individuals.
Roles and Responsibilities
All Participants: Treat others with respect, report concerns, follow safeguarding procedures, and respect professional boundaries.
Staff and Instructors: Undergo background checks and training, recognise signs of harm, respond appropriately, maintain professional boundaries, document and report concerns promptly.
Safeguarding Lead: Oversees procedures, receives and investigates concerns, liaises with external agencies, and ensures policy compliance.
Response Procedures
- 1. Initial Assessment — The Safeguarding Lead assesses the concern and determines urgency
- 2. Investigation — Conducted with sensitivity and confidentiality
- 3. Support — Affected individuals receive appropriate support and protection
- 4. Action — Necessary actions taken, which may include disciplinary measures or external reporting
- 5. Review — Cases reviewed to identify lessons learned and improve procedures

Social Media and Online Conduct
Maintain professional standards in all online interactions. Respect others' privacy and confidentiality. Do not post offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content. Be mindful that your online behaviour reflects on yourself and GCTI.
